Pilates for Strength & Balance
In-Person Small Group Classes in Bellingham WA
In small group classes (3 people max) we explore movement to improve balance, muscular strength and flexibility, and joint stability and mobility! Using a combination of Pilates exercises and strength training, along with brain-based techniques, we keep the brain and body learning and strengthening so you can continue doing the activities you love!

Classes use props to add challenge/support such as:
free weights,
blocks,
towels,
a chair,
balls, etc.
Classes require you to get up and down from the floor so, if you need to please book a free Discovery Call with me to learn modifications, or if you would prefer a private session ahead of class.
