No matter what is going on with your body, the adaptable Pilates exercises and equipment will have you making progress with your strength, stability and mobility in no time!

Private sessions are your opportunity to learn Pilates and move efficiently in a way that suits your body’s needs best. Together, we’ll (click here to learn more about the teacher!) figure out a path to build your strength and flexibility, or work on any other movement goals you may have!

I’ve worked with folks who have:

• injuries (often referred from a physical therapist)

• hypermobility spectrum disorders

• Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome

• POTS

• arthritis

• had a baby or are preparing to have a baby

• a desire to maintain or improve their level of strength and mobility, no matter their age or current fitness level

During your lessons, we use the Reformer, Chair and Tower Pilates equipment, as well as various props to challenge or support your body as needed.
